Please join us for the AGM 2025. The Annual General Meeting is a vital event, during which the new committee are voted in. Without parents in attendence to vote, we can't continue to run as a registered charity so PLEASE come along if you can.

Our current Chair, Treasurer and Secretary are all standing down and although we have got people interested in all roles, job shares and /or deputy positions are always welcomed and very appreciated. We are also looking for "Ordinary" committee members to join the team. Please see below for a brief description of each of these roles.

• Ordinary Committee Member – Plays an active role by contributing ideas, helping to plan and run events, and supporting the work of the PTA. Ensures the wider parent community is represented.
• Chair – Leads the PTA, ensuring meetings run smoothly, everyone has a chance to contribute, and activities support the school community. Acts as the main point of contact between the PTA, the school, and parents.
• Treasurer – Manages the PTA’s finances, including keeping accurate records, banking funds, and preparing financial reports. Ensures money raised is used responsibly to benefit the school.
• Secretary – Handles administration such as organising meetings, taking minutes, managing correspondence, and keeping records up to date. Supports communication within the PTA and with parents.
